Controller Cabinet - 31" x 20" x 29" cabinet made of 18 gauge CRS. Electro Dag primer with liquid nickel masked areas and textured paint. Used in the Printing industry.
 
Chassis - Laser cut from 18 gauge CRS, measures 19" x 11" x 9". After forming, hardware is installed and part is zinc plated. Used in the Printing Equipment industry.
 
Atomizer - Manufactured for a laboratory instrument, this 9 piece assembly as 8 parts machined from 316L stainless steel and 1 part machined from Delrin. After welding, the assembly is mechanically polished and electro polished. Fine surface finishes are required to minimize lodging of particles. A .013" cross hole is drilled and must be completely burr-free.

Heater Block - Tolerances are critical to this part used in an analytical instrument. Measures 1.16" x .75" and made from 6061-T6 aluminum with electroless nickel finish.
 
Upper Cam - Made from 6061-T6 aluminum with hard coat anodize. Extremely tight tolerance part for a laboratory instrument measuring 2" x 1.5".
 
Enclosure - Riveted assembly made from 13 gauge and 16 gauge CRS, measuring 21" x 5" x 10". Finished with yellow zinc plating. Used in the Telecommunications industry.

Imager Housing - Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with an anodize finish and measures 4" x 2.5" x 2.5". Extremely tight tolerancing of several features. Housing for an infrared camera.
 
Cover - Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and zinc plated. This part measures 15.25" x 6.75" x 1" and is assembled with hardware and heat sinks. Part of a ruggedized computer.
 
PCB Bracket - Two piece construction made from 20 gauge CRS, with embosses and spotweld stiffener. Finish is bright electro tin plate. Part measures 2.25" x .75" x 1.125" and is part of a sensor.

Aluminum Chassis - Made from .090 5052-H32 aluminum, this chassis measures 27" x 15" x 17" and is finished with gold iridite and silkscreened. Special features include hardware, wire rope and rivets. Used in the Aerospace industry.
 
Card Rack - This rack measures 12" x 18" x 19.75" and is part of a laboratory instrument. Made from 16 gauge and 18 gauge CRS with clear zinc finish.
 
Front Cover - Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and measures 12" x 9" x 2.5". Assembled with helicoils and standoffs. Used in the Aerospace industry.
