Probe Body – Made from 6061-T6 aluminum with clear anodize finish. Measures 1.875” x 3.2” and is part of a laboratory instrument.
Atomizer – Manufactured for a laboratory instrument, this 9 piece assembly has 8 parts machined from 316L stainess steel and 1 part machined from Delrin. After welding, the assembly is mechanically polished and electro- polished. Fine surface finishes are required to minimize lodging of particulates. A .013" cross hole is drilled and must be completely burr-free.
Heater Block – Tolerances are critical to this part used in an analytical instrument. Measures 1.16” x .75” and made from 6061-T6 aluminum with electroless nickel finish.
Upper Cam – Made from 6061-T6 aluminum with hardcoat anodize. Extremely tight toleranced part for a laboratory instrument measuring 2” x 1.5”.
Vacuum Manifold – Close tolerance part used in an analytical instrument. Made from 6061-T6 aluminum with electroless nickel finish. Measures 5” x 3.5”.
Lens Housing – Machined from black Delrin, this is part of a surgical illumination device. Size is 1.66” x 1.05”.
Front Cover – Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and measures 12” x 9” x 2.5”. Assembled with helicoils and standoffs. Used in the aerospace industry.
Rear Thermal Bar – Machined from copper and used in the analytical instrumentation industry. Part measures .625” x 1.25”.
Hollow Arm Shaft – Used as part of a robotic laboratory instrument requiring exacting tolerances. Made from 304 stainless steel with heavy reground industrial chrome finish. Measures 5” x 1.5” in diameter.
Imager Housing – Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with an anodize finish and measures 4” x 2.5” x 2.5”. Extremely tight tolerancing of several features. Housing for an infrared camera.
Cover – Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and zinc plated. This part measures 15.25” x 6.75” x 1” and is assembled with hardware and heatsinks. Part of a ruggedized computer.
Vertical Drive Assembly – Part of an analytical instrument, the machined parts in this assembly are made from 6061-T6 aluminum and stainless steel and include polymer bushings. Measures 8” x 4.5” x 4.5”.
