CNC milling is done by horizontal and vertical machining centers, with parts ranging in size from that of a match head to a one foot cube. CNC turning centers routinely turn parts ranging from 1/32" diameter to 10". We work with aluminum, various stainless steels including difficult 316 and 316L, most engineered plastics, titanium, molybdenum, hastelloy and other exotic materials.

Our many years of experience with opto-mechanical components and assemblies comes from working with leading names in the optics, fiberoptics, and imaging industries. Parts ranging from simple lens mounts, to complex flexure mounts and pointing and positioning hardware, are routinely machined by our expert machinists. Our components are used in the optics, aerospace, medical, and analytical instrumentation industry, as well as other applications with demanding requirements.
When designing your mechanical systems and their components, keep in mind that we can help you meet your challenges by providing design engineering support to reduce your time-to-market deadlines. We can recommend material types, tolerances, and finishes, as well as design modifications for manufacturing feasibility and flexibility. With Solid Works software in-house, we can import your solid models and go!
