Two Mazak lasers cut steel (carbon and stainless), aluminum, and copper in thicknesses from foils to plate stock. We also cut a variety of non-metals, such as plastics, paper, gasket material and ceramics. These lasers give design engineers the ability to generate intricate, close tolerance designs, and are extremely accurate and economical when profiling irregular contours.
CNC punching is handled by our high-speed, high-accuracy Strippits. These turrets can also form a variety of features during the punching operation such as circuit card guide slots and recesses, embosses, coined reliefs, knock-outs, countersinks, and lanced and formed tabs. Using our existing turret tooling can save cost and time; we'll be happy to provide you with a list of our existing tooling.
CNC forming is done by press brakes ranging from 25 to 175 tons. We have five fully-equipped weld booths for MIG and TIG welding, steel and aluminum spotwelding (up to 3/16" thickness).
